- You authorize us to read and write data to your specified spreadsheets according to your integration settings
- We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your Google Sheets resulting from factors outside our control
- You can revoke the integration at any time through your account settings or Google Account permissions
- Sync frequency and data volumes are subject to fair use policies and may be limited to prevent abuse
6.2 Third-Party Service Terms
When using third-party integrations, you are also subject to the terms and policies of those services (e.g., Google's Terms of Service). We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Hackathon Radar and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The aggregated database, analysis, and presentation of hackathon data constitute our intellectual property.
7.2 Third-Party Content
We aggregate information from various public sources. Original hackathon information remains the property of the respective organizers. We make no claims to ownership of individual event details.
7.3 User Content
If you submit content to our Services (such as feedback or source requests), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content.
8. Subscription Plans and Payments
8.1 Paid Plans
Certain features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
8.2 Billing

- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hackathon Radar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
