About Prometeo:
Prometeo 2026 is the sixth edition of IIT Jodhpur’s National Technical & Entrepreneurial Festival.
Features a blend of competitions, workshops, and talks centered around emerging technologies.
Aims to promote collaboration, innovation, and impactful problem-solving.
Provides a platform for students to explore ideas, experiment with technology, and contribute to future advancements.
About Designathon:
A fast-paced 12-hour design sprint, one of Prometeo’s creative events.
The event is completely offline.
Participants create a complete end-to-end design solution within the given time.
The problem statement is revealed at the start of the event.
Encourages creativity under pressure, originality, and multidisciplinary thinking.
What Participants Must Create:
Logo Design:
A meaningful and theme-based logo representing the product or concept.
UI/UX Design:
Detailed app or website designs with polished mockups.
Must reflect user-centered thinking and aesthetic clarity.
3D Models (if required):
For visualizing product features or interaction elements.
Additional Assets:
Any extra components requested in the prompt or created to enhance the concept.
Eligibility:
Open to students from any institute across India.
Teams must consist of 3–5 members.
Cross-institute teams allowed.
A participant cannot be part of more than one team.
Submission Guidelines:
Presentation
A well-structured, professionally crafted presentation.
Must be uploaded to Behance and the Behance link included in the Drive folder.
Component Files (ZIP Folder)
All source files, design elements, and assets.
Files must be neatly organized, compressed, and consistent in format.
Evaluation Criteria:
Creativity: Originality and innovative thinking.
Feasibility: Practicality and viability of the solution.
Clarity: How clearly the design communicates the concept.
Plagiarism Check: Strict scrutiny; copied work results in disqualification.
Rules & Ethics:
Plagiarism, outsourcing, cheating, or collusion is strictly banned.
Violations lead to immediate disqualification.
Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
Important Schedule Policy:
Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late to their assigned slot will face disqualification. No queries, requests, or exceptions will be accepted. Please plan accordingly and report on time to avoid being late.
