Objective: Showcase innovative and creative engineering projects that solve real-world problems. Teams will present projects at designated stalls, demonstrating applied engineering skills.
Design / Technical Specifications:
Projects must align with the official event theme.
Each project must include a working prototype, functional model, or detailed demonstration.
Third-party components, libraries, or tools may be used if clearly declared.
A project abstract (maximum 300 words) must be submitted during registration.
Plagiarism or direct copying leads to disqualification.
No restriction on programming language, platform, or domain if safety and ethics are maintained.
General Guidelines:
Teams will be allotted booth/stall space for project setup.
Each team has 12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A.
Participants must follow the event schedule and organizer's instructions.
Projects should be original work developed by the team.
Organizers provide tables and a power supply (on request).
Bring a battery backup for the project.
Safety Rules:
Projects involving electricity, chemicals, or machinery must comply with safety norms.
Precautions must be taken to avoid injury or damage.
Unsafe setups may lead to disqualification.
Follow venue safety instructions at all times.

Penalties & Disqualifications:
Late Submission: -10 Points
Unsafe Operation: Immediate Disqualification
Incomplete or Pre-built Work: -20 Points
Violation of Safety Zone: -15 Seconds / -10 Points
Misconduct or Unethical Practice: Permanent Ban
Awards & Recognition:
1st Prize: ₹15,000 – Winner
2nd Prize: ₹10,000 – Runner-up
3rd Prize: ₹7,000 – Technical Merit
General Instructions:

Respect judges, peers, and staff.
Plagiarism or code reuse leads to disqualification.
Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
Certificates will be awarded to all valid participants.
