Registration Process

Select MINI-SIH from the event list.
Complete the payment through the payment gateway.
Receive the Official Rule Book.
Click REGISTER NOW inside the rule book to access the Mini SIH portal.
Team leader submits team details and idea.
Confirmation email will be sent after successful submission.
Idea Submission Requirements:
The Team Leader must submit and verify:
Team name
Names of all team members
Gender of members
Email IDs and mobile numbers
Selected problem statement or innovation category
Idea title and description
Idea presentation (PDF – mandatory)
Incorrect information may lead to disqualification.
Idea Evaluation Criteria:
Ideas will be evaluated by jury based on:
Novelty: Originality and creativity
Complexity: Technical depth
Clarity: Clear presentation and documentation
Feasibility: Possibility of implementation
Practicability: Real-world usability
Sustainability: Long-term impact and scalability
Shortlisting:
Up to 45+ teams may be shortlisted for the Grand Finale.
Category-wise shortlisting:
Software – Up to 15 teams
Hardware – Up to 15 teams
Student Innovation – Up to 15 teams
Shortlisted teams will be notified via:

No flammable or hazardous materials
Proper electrical insulation required
Unsafe demonstrations may be stopped by organizers
Penalties & Disqualification:
Late submission – −10 points
Plagiarism or copied code – Disqualification
Pre-built projects – Disqualification
Unsafe hardware demonstrations – Disqualification
Misconduct – Ban from future events
Not using official templates – Up to −10 points

Intellectual property remains with the participating team.
Organizers may use project summaries for promotional purposes.
Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
