BlueBit Hackathon by MLSC is a Star Wars–themed innovation challenge designed to ignite creativity, technical excellence, and problem-solving skills among students. Participants will embark on mission-based problem statements inspired by real-world challenges, blending technology with imagination to restore “balance to the Force.”

Round 1 – Presentation Phase
Format: PPT/PDF Submission
Submission Deadline: 28 February 2026

Objective:
Teams must choose ONE out of 10 provided mission-based problem statements and submit a well-structured proposal presentation.
What to Submit:
Your presentation (Recommended 10 slides, PDF format) must include:
Problem Understanding – Clear explanation of the challenge
Proposed Solution – Architecture, technologies, features
Innovation Factor – Creativity and uniqueness
Expected Impact – Real-world applicability and beneficiaries

Round 2 – Online 12-Hour Development Round
Date: 8 March 2026
Duration: 12 Hours (Online)
Mode: Online Development Sprint
Objective:
Shortlisted teams will begin actual implementation of the solution.
Important Highlights:
On the day of Round 2, additional specifications will be revealed.
Teams must implement the newly introduced requirements within 12 hours.
GitHub repository is mandatory.
Git commit history will be actively monitored to ensure fair development
Round 3 – Offline 12-Hour Grand Finale
Date: 14 March 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Mode: Offline
Venue: PCCOE Campus – Building 5 (IT Building)
Objective:
Finalist teams will enhance their working prototype and implement additional surprise features provided on the spot.
Key Highlights:
New add-on requirements will be disclosed on the event day.
Teams must complete implementation within the 12-hour window.
Final judging and evaluation will take place on campus
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to undergraduate students
Inter-college teams are allowed
A participant can be part of only one team
Each team may submit only one project

Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Awards, Certificates & Recognition:
Winners will receive prizes, certificates, and exclusive goodies.
Certificates of participation will be issued to eligible participants as per event policy.
Code of Conduct:
Participants must:
Maintain professionalism and respectful behavior
Follow instructions from organizers and judges
Avoid misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior
Violation of rules may result in disqualification.
Judgement & Decision Finality:
All decisions made by the judges and the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
Once a verdict, score, or ruling is announced, it cannot be appealed, altered, or contested
Participants are expected to respect the finality of the judgement and comply with all event rules and guidelines.
