NEBULON ’26
24-Hour Innovation Hackathon
Ideate. Build. Innovate.
Nebulon ’26 is a 24-hour innovation hackathon organized as part of our annual tech fest Nebulon. The event brings together passionate developers, designers, and innovators to build impactful technology solutions for real-world problems.
Participants will collaborate to design and develop innovative prototypes using modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Web Development, Mobile Applications, Data Science, and Cloud Computing.
Nebulon ’26 aims to encourage creative problem-solving, technical excellence, and innovative thinking, while providing a platform for students to showcase their skills in a competitive environment.
Hackathon Structure
Round 1 – Idea Submission (Online Screening)
Teams must submit a 4–5 slide PowerPoint presentation presenting their solution for the provided problem statement.
The presentation should include:
• Problem understanding• Proposed solution• Technical approach• System architecture or workflow• Expected impact
This round evaluates the innovation, feasibility, and clarity of the proposed idea.
The top 20 teams will be shortlisted for the final round.
Round 2 – Grand Finale (24-Hour Hackathon)
Shortlisted teams will participate in a 24-hour hackathon development phase where they will build a working prototype for the provided problem statement.
The problem statements will be released on 24 March, after which teams will begin developing their solutions from their respective locations (online development phase).
Teams will work on their projects remotely during the development period and prepare their final solution and presentation.
On 25 March, shortlisted teams must present their final prototype and solution at the venue, where the final evaluation and judging will take place offline.
Important:While the development phase will be conducted remotely, teams must be physically present at the venue on 25 March for the final presentation and evaluation.
