About the Hackathon:
Welcome to the Xcellify Sales Hackathon — a real-world sales challenge where participants don’t just learn, they earn.
Participants will identify leads, close deals, and showcase their sales and business development skills.
The best performers will receive cash rewards along with commission on every successful sale.
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to students and recent graduates (up to 2 years post-graduation)
Individual participation or teams of up to 3 members allowed
Inter-college and inter-specialization teams are welcome
Guidelines:
All outreach must be original, ethical, and compliant with anti-spam guidelines

Participants must register on the platform before the hackathon start date
Hackathon Process:
Round 1 — Lead Generation (7 Days):
Submit a minimum of 10 qualified leads for Xcellify
Participants can use LinkedIn, cold emails, networking, or any ethical outreach method
Shortlisting will be based on lead quality and quantity
Round 2 — Convert:
Shortlisted participants will attempt to convert their leads into actual customers for Xcellify
Participants will receive sales resources and support from the Xcellify team
Top-performing converters will advance to the final round
Round 3 — Founder Interview:
Finalists will attend a 1-on-1 interview with a founding member of Xcellify
The round will assess:
Strategic thinking
Communication skills
Sales mindset
Growth potential
Prizes & Rewards:
₹20,000 cash prize for finalists
Full commission on every sale closed during the hackathon
Opportunity for paid roles or long-term collaboration with Xcellify
Certificate of Participation for all entrants
Certificate of Excellence for finalists
Rules:
No spamming, misleading messaging, or impersonation of Xcellify during outreach
Duplicate leads across teams will be credited only to the first valid submission
Conversion claims must be verifiable through confirmed payment or signed agreement
Judges’ and founders’ decisions will be final and binding
