Healthcare: Develop tools to enhance patient care, streamline medical processes, and revolutionize the healthcare system for better accessibility and efficiency. Agriculture: Design smart solutions to boost agricultural productivity, optimize resource usage, and empower farmers with modern technology. Open Innovation: A flexible theme that lets participants explore any idea - groundbreaking concepts, passion projects, or solutions beyond traditional domains - encouraging limitless creativity and experimentation across technology. Registration Guidelines: Registration Platform: Unstop Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate students from recognized institutions. Team Formation: Teams Of 3-4 Members Are Required. We welcome interdisciplinary teams to enhance creative solutions. Each participant can only join one team for the event. Fill Team Details Correctly. Rules and Regulations for Participation: All Participants Are Expected To Embody Fair Play, Creativity, And Integrity. No Plagiarism – original work is essential. use of external libraries and frameworks is welcome, provided they are open-source and properly credited. Each team will have access to a workspace equipped with internet access, power outlets, and other essentials. Participants Need To Bring Laptops (Mandatory) And Any Necessary Equipment. Teams must bring their own hardware if their project involves prototypes. Online Round: For Online round, teams should submit their idea by a ppt (power point presentation) with a maximum font size of size 16 (times roman). Each team should have 3-4 team members. Teams need to select any one from the above themes given. Selection of the team is based on the ppt submitted by the team. the ppt must be maximum slides of 7-8 comprising the following details: Team Details - Team Name, Team Leader Name, Theme Chosen, Team Members Details. Problem Statement (Tentative) - Detailed Description Of Problem Statement. Solution - Your Proposed Solution For Problem Statement. Technical Approaches – Information About Technical Stack Used. Feasibility And Viability Impact And Benefits Scores will be evaluated based on impact, novelty, technical complexity, feasibility, functionality. Offline Round: Teams selected from online round should pay the registration fee to participate in the hackathon. Team should pitch their ideas within given time duration in front of industry experts (teams should pitch their idea using ppt submitted in online round). Also, all participants selected in online round will be required to bring their own set of resources/equipment required to execute the solution and will be evaluated by industry experts and mentors. Review Sessions: Several review sessions will be conducted throughout the hackathon to assess project progress. Teams should be prepared to present their work during each review session and have progress reports ready. The final review should include demonstration of working prototype or proof of concept related to the solution along with ppt’s. Teams will be evaluated and given marks at each review round by industry experts based on teams progression. Cumulative marks of all review sessions are considered and winners are decided.
