HackHive:
HackHive is a 12-hour hackathon organized by the SHAIDS Committee of Datta Meghe College of Engineering (DMCE), Airoli, aimed at providing undergraduate students with a platform to innovate, collaborate, and build impactful technology-driven solutions.
The event is designed to simulate real-world problem-solving environments where participants ideate, design, and develop solutions under time constraints while being evaluated by industry experts and experienced professionals.
HackHive encourages students to explore emerging technologies, enhance practical skills, and gain exposure to project-based development and competitive innovation.
Event Structure:
HackHive will be conducted in two rounds.
Round 1: Online Shortlisting Round:

After registration on Unstop, it is mandatory to also fill the designated Google Form. Failure to complete this form will result in the team not being considered officially registered.

Round 2: Offline Final Hackathon Round:

Duration: 12 Hours
Teams must work on the same problem statement selected in Round 1
On the event day:

Final presentations will be conducted

Each team must consist of 3 to 4 members only
Team members must remain same for both rounds
No external members or mentors are allowed to contribute
All team members must be registered on Unstop
No replacement or addition of members will be allowed during the final round

Code of Conduct & Rules:
All participants are expected to maintain professional and ethical behavior throughout the event.
Maintain proper discipline and decorum during the entire event.
Decisions of organizers and judges will be final and binding.
Participants must carry their own laptops and chargers.
Food and beverages are not allowed inside labs.
College systems and infrastructure must be handled carefully.
Any damage to property will be the responsibility of the team involved.
No external help or mentoring is allowed during development.
Valid college ID or government ID must be carried on event day.
Any form of plagiarism, misconduct, harassment, or misbehavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
Instructions from volunteers and organizers must be strictly followed.
The organizing committee reserves the right to take disciplinary action in case of violation of rules.
