A Hackathon under the Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) initiative is being organized at NIT Hamirpur on the theme “**Mobile Device and Application Security.**” The primary objective of this hackathon is to identify talent, foster innovative ideas, and develop practical technological solutions in the domain of information security. It also aims to establish strong linkages among individuals, industry experts, start-ups, and educational institutions, encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange. **Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA)** is an initiative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, focused on building skilled human resources in the field of Information Security and promoting awareness about cyber hygiene and cybersecurity among the general public. Through such initiatives, ISEA seeks to strengthen the nation’s cybersecurity ecosystem and prepare students and professionals to address emerging security challenges.
