About the Event:
CodeTantra2K25 is a competitive coding contest designed to test participants programming fundamentals, debugging skills, and problem-solving abilities through structured and engaging rounds.
The contest provides an opportunity for students to showcase technical skills, logical thinking, and coding proficiency in a competitive environment.
The event is suitable for both beginners and experienced programmers and emphasizes critical thinking, efficient coding, and performance under time constraints.
Eligibility:
Open to undergraduate students from all branches.
Individual participation only; team entries are not allowed.
Inter-college participation is encouraged.
Participants should have a basic understanding of C programming.
Event Format:
CodeTantra2K25 consists of two competitive rounds.
Round 1 – Debug & Dominate:
Focus on error identification and output prediction in C programs.
Total of 15 multiple-choice questions.
Duration of 15 minutes.
Programming language used is C.
Mode of conduct is online.
This round evaluates understanding of C syntax, logic, and program execution.
Round 2 – Code Forge:
Focus on logical thinking and hands-on coding skills.
Consists of 2 coding problems.
Programming language used is C, Python, C++, Java.
Mode of conduct is online.
Participants must write complete and correct programs.
Solutions are evaluated based on correctness and logical approach.
Guidelines:
Participants must register individually through the Unstop platform.
Participants are advised to use their own laptops or desktops.
Switching tabs during the contest may lead to disqualification.
Use of external resources, collaboration, or plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
Participants must adhere to the schedule and deadlines for each round.
Process:
Registration is done online through Unstop.
All communication, updates, and instructions will be shared via Unstop.
The contest includes two rounds: Debug & Dominate and Code Forge.
Evaluation is based on accuracy, logic, and time taken.
Results and shortlists will be announced after each round.
Rules:
Each participant must complete the rounds within the allotted time.
All submissions must compile successfully and generate the expected output.
No unfair means or external assistance is allowed.
The decision of the organizers and judges is final and binding.
Prizes & Certificates:
Winners will receive Certificates of Excellence.
All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
Additional prizes may be announced during the event.
