Overview:
Recursion 7.0 is a 24-hour hackathon that brings together developers, designers, and tech enthusiasts to build innovative solutions for real-world problems.
The event encourages participants to explore different technologies and create impactful projects while collaborating with like-minded people.
The hackathon will be conducted in two rounds.
Round 1 - Idea Submission (Online):
The first round is an idea submission and screening round.
Teams must select one domain from the following and propose a project idea based on it:
Healthcare
Education
Agriculture
Fintech
Smart City
Government
Participants are required to submit:
A PPT presentation explaining their idea
A short video describing the concept, problem statement, and proposed solution
This round focuses on evaluating the creativity, feasibility, and potential impact of the idea.
The deadline for submissions is 18th March.
All submissions will be reviewed by the judging panel, and the results of the screening round will be announced on 20th March evening.
The shortlisted teams will move forward to the offline hackathon round.
Round 2 – 24-Hour Offline Hackathon:
The second round will be a 24-hour offline hackathon held on 23rd–24th March.
In this round, new problem statements will be revealed on the spot, and teams will not continue with the same idea they submitted in Round 1.
Teams will have 24 hours to design, build, and present a working solution for the given problem statement using technologies of their choice.
Participants will have access to:
Mentorship from industry professionals
High-speed internet and technical support
Food and accommodation during the event
At the end of the hackathon, teams will present their projects to the judging panel.
Apart from exciting prizes and event swags, exceptional participants may also get the opportunity to be considered for paid internship opportunities based on their performance during the event.

Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
Web or App Development
Blockchain
Teams are free to use any suitable technology stack for their solutions.
Team Note:
It is preferable to have at least one female member in the team, but it is not mandatory.
