GNEC Hackathon 2026 Spring - Compete For UN-Affiliated/NGO Internships & Prizes

About the hackathon General The Global NGO Executive Committee (GNEC) and its 1,600 subsidiaries have come together to host our fourth GNEC Hackathon! We encourage those passionate about engineering, technology, and programming to join this event to demonstrate their skills while competing for prizes such as internships and mentorships with our partners. Why Us GNEC is well-connected to the UN and has a global network of NGOs. You can tap into this network during and after this hackathon. Our partners will also host various workshops where they will teach new technological concepts while also offering insight into their mission and the work they have done. The workshops are a great opportunity to explore one’s interests and possible career paths. Theme Through the GNEC Hackathon, we encourage participants to explore sustainability through technology by setting the hackathon's theme as one or two of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). This hackathon's theme will be SDG 3 (Health and Well-being). Get started Join our Discord server (https://discord.gg/n5pcCHcGC6) and meet with everyone else involved in the hackathon. You are welcome to make your own team but if you don't have teammates, our Discord server is a great place to look for a team.
