About the Event – Aarambh 2.0 Hackathon 2026:
Event Overview:
Aarambh 2.0 is a 24-hour innovation hackathon.
Organized by Aravali College Of Engineering And Management.
Designed to promote practical problem-solving and real-world solution building.
Focused on turning ideas into working prototypes.
Structured as a multi-round competitive event.
Event Objectives:
Encourage innovation and technical creativity.
Promote teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Provide a competitive platform for prototype development.
Bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations.
Identify and nurture emerging talent.
Themes:
Participants must build solutions under one of the following domains:
Education
Healthcare
Transportation and Logistics
Agriculture
Open Innovation
Eligibility:
Open to students from engineering colleges, diploma colleges, and schools.
Cross-college teams are allowed.
Each team must consist of:
Minimum 2 members
Maximum 4 members
A participant can be a member of only one team.
A valid student ID is mandatory.
Event Structure:
Round 1 – Idea Screening:
Submission of PPT during registration.
Maximum 7 slides allowed.
PPT must clearly include:
Problem Statement
Proposed Solution
Technical Approach
Expected Impact
Team Details
Shortlisted teams will move to Round 2.
Round 2 – Prototype Evaluation:
Dates: 14th and 15th March 2026
Each team will receive 10 minutes for the presentation.
Focus on prototype progress and development after Round 1.
Evaluation based on implementation quality and idea maturity.
Selected teams will advance to the Final Round.
Final Round – 24-Hour Hackathon:
Dates: 20th and 21st March 2026
24-hour continuous development sprint.
Teams will build, refine, and demonstrate working prototypes.
Final presentation before the jury panel.
Rules:
A participant cannot join more than one team.
If any member is found participating in another team, both teams will be disqualified.
Team composition cannot be changed after shortlisting without approval.
Plagiarism and unethical practices are strictly prohibited.
All participants must strictly follow the official event schedule.
The decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding.
