Most websites don't have APIs. Wire fixes that.
Wire is Anakin's pre-built action layer for hundreds of popular sites. No selectors to write, no auth flows to reverse-engineer, no scrapers to babysit. You pick an action, pass your credentials, and get back clean structured JSON. That's it. Wire handles the login persistence, the anti-bot bypass, the proxy routing, all of it, so you can skip straight to building.
This hackathon is built around Wire.
What you'll be building with:
Wire gives your agent or pipeline a direct line into sites that normally require a browser, a logged-in session, and a lot of prayer. Think pulling structured data from dashboards, marketplaces, social profiles, and paywalled content, all via a single API call. No Playwright. No brittle selectors. No maintenance.
The workflow is simple: find the action you need, pass your credentials, get structured data back. Wire handles everything in between. You build everything on top.
What's at stake:
$250 USD prize pool + exclusive swag
Global leaderboard, judged submissions
Solo or team, join from anywhere
Requirements: macOS or Windows, Node.js, Cursor / Codex / Claude Code, and some comfort in the terminal.
If you've ever wanted to build something that actually pulls real data from the real web without spending 80% of your time on scraping infrastructure, this is the weekend for it.
The internet is your database. Wire is the query layer. Ship something.
