Online Elimination Round
Date: 16th March 2026.
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:59 PM.
Platform: Unstop.
Format: Quiz + Coding.
Selection Criteria
Top 35 teams will qualify based on scores.

Only team leaders are allowed to attempt the elimination round.

Hackathon Structure
Problem statements will be released on Day 1 of the offline hackathon.
Team Size: 4–5 members.
Participants must form their own teams prior to the event.
Eligibility
Open to B.Tech students interested in coding, designing, and problem-solving.
Focus domains:
AI & Automation.
Healthcare.
Smart Transportation.
Sustainability & Environment.
Participants must be 18+ years old and must be enrolled in a university (offline program) with a valid ID.
Additional Benefits
Gender Bonus: Female participation is encouraged.
Teams with female members will receive bonus points.
Important Notes
The hackathon is a continuous 36-hour offline event.
Accommodation will be provided within the college premises.
Participants are allowed to leave the campus premises if they wish. However, re-entry will only be permitted between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the event.

Any misconduct or rule violation may lead to immediate disqualification.
Participants retain ownership of their projects.
Organizers may use project details and media for promotional purposes.
By participating, attendees consent to photography, videography, and use of media for event promotion.
Plagiarism, proxy participation, or unfair practices will result in disqualification.
Prizes and benefits are subject to sponsor terms and may be modified if required.
Participants are responsible for their personal health and safety and must follow campus safety guidelines at all times.
Any disputes arising from the event will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, with efforts made to resolve matters amicably through discussion or mediation.
If participants are fewer than expected, the hackathon may be called off and registration fees will be refunded.
Under all circumstances, the decision of the AETRIX Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.
