To keep the energy high and the flow smooth, here is what you need to know:
Arrival & Setup: We kick things off early! Please report to the venue (Seminar Hall, SBMPCOE 5th Floor) at 8:00 AM to get your work-station ready.
The Reveal: At 9:00 AM sharp, we’ll drop the Impromptu Problem Statement. No pre-built projects here we want to see your raw talent in action!
The Workshop: You’ll be working with your own gear, so don't forget your laptops. To keep the "lights on" for everyone, each team is required to bring an extension board to ensure your power needs are covered.
Fuel & Rewards:
Stay Energized: We’ve got your back with lite snacks provided in between the event to keep the brain cells firing.
