Are you a startup looking to accelerate your innovation with AI?
The Open Accelerator is kicking off 2026 with the first of a monthly hackathon series. Red Hat and IBM are hosting a unique, in-person, one-day hackathon in Boston’s Seaport District, designed to help you rapidly prototype and build production-ready AI applications using our open source templates. We put AI tools, that are ready for the enterprise, into the hands of participants for them to build. The goal is to accelerate knowledge and help you solve real world problems.
The Challenge: Bring Your Own Problem (BYOP)
Unlike traditional hackathons with fixed themes, we want you to bring a challenge your startup is currently facing. Join us to learn how to leverage the aitemplates.io framework—including the MCP Server, AI Agent, and UI Templates—to build a proof-of-concept that directly supports your business goals.
What You Will Gain
Rapid Prototyping: Skip boilerplate and jump straight to building with enterprise-grade templates.Expert Access: Get direct, in-person mentorship from Red Hat AI architects.Networking: Connect with other leading AI startups and ecosystem partners in the Boston area.
Event details will be shared once you have registered. We look forward to seeing you!
