UPDATE ON 10/13/2025
Due to unforeseen venue logistics, the Bay Area Ultra Speed Hackathon (HerPower × OmniFlow) originally scheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2025 (12–6 PM, CSTU Silicon Valley) will be postponed.
What’s Changing
New hackathon date: TBD (we’re finalizing within the next 3–4 weeks).Venue: CSTU, Silicon Valley — expected to remain the same.Your registration: All tickets remain valid for the new date.Refunds: If you can’t attend on the rescheduled date, you’ll receive a full refund.
Training Zoom Session
The pre-event training Zoom meeting will also be postponed accordingly.A new session link and time will be shared once the updated hackathon date is confirmed.
Why the Change
A facilities scheduling conflict impacted our ability to host the event at full capacity.Rather than compromise the experience, we’re rescheduling to ensure everyone can enjoy the complete “Idea → Running App in 6 Hours” format with mentors, judges, and live partner demos.
Next Steps
No action is required now—just stay tuned for the new date announcement. We’ll reach out directly and update the event page soon.
Thank you for your patience and continued excitement—this community’s energy is what makes HerPower × OmniFlow special!
Warmly,HerPower AI × OmniFlow TeamCSTU · Silicon Valley
