Steelwaves: Drift. Dominate. Destroy
STEELWAVES is a competitive RC boat aquatic rally conducted under INNOVATEX 4.0 at Presidency University as part of the MakerSpace Cluster. This event challenges teams to navigate a rally-style aquatic circuit where sharp turns and precision handling define the run.
Teams must command their boats through a buoy-marked track across two consecutive laps in a timed attempt that rewards control, consistency, and maneuvering. The focus remains entirely on performance and handling under pressure without the use of artificial obstacles or gimmicks.
Success in STEELWAVES depends on technical tuning, reliability, and the operator's confidence through every turn of the arena. This event provides a high-stakes simulation of aquatic racing, strengthening skills in mechanical design, propulsion systems, and real-time control.
