Hi Everyone,
In honor of int’l women’s day I’m hosting a 4 hour hackathon! The only rule is that what you build must be built for the consumption of women and/or supporting/educating/providing resources for women. My goal is to bring together women and allies to build community and learn from each other. You can build in a team or individually.
This is open to women and allies of any experience! If you haven’t built something from scratch before, don’t let that stop you. There will be others you can team up with to make your idea come to life.
From 1-1:30 I will provide some information on free building resources. From 1:30-4:30 we will be heads down building. From 4:30-5 we will do lightning round presentations on what you created.
WiFi and outlets will be provided as well as light snacks and drinks.
Note: we have some shaded outdoor space for building so we can still enjoy the beautiful day!
