IBM Z × UNSA Sheridan Hackathon 2026 The IBM Z × UNSA Sheridan Hackathon is a 3-day global innovation challenge bringing together students, developers, and innovators to build AI-powered solutions addressing real-world global challenges aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). This hackathon is a collaboration between IBM Z Sheridan and the United Nations Student Association (UNSA) Sheridan, designed to empower students to explore enterprise computing, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and socially impactful innovation. Participants will work in teams to design and build innovative solutions that tackle problems such as: • Climate resilience and disaster preparedness • Healthcare accessibility • Financial inclusion • Sustainable cities and infrastructure • Education technology • Digital equity and global connectivity Hackers will gain experience working with modern AI tools, enterprise technologies, and cloud platforms, while learning from mentors, industry professionals, and student leaders.
