Team & Eligibility:
Each team must consist of 2–5 members.
Cross-college and cross-year teams are allowed.
A participant can register in only one team.
Open to all students from all disciplines.
All participants must carry a valid ID card.
ID verification may be conducted at any time during the event.
Registration:
Registration Fee: ₹500 per team.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
All registration details must be accurate and authentic.
Submission of false information will result in immediate disqualification.
Hackathon Format:
This is a 24-hour offline hackathon.
Event Dates: 21st March (1:00 PM) – 22nd March (1:00 PM).
Teams must develop their core solution strictly during the official hackathon duration.
Theme Compliance:
Theme: “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning | Quant”
The problem statement will be revealed on arrival at the venue.
Solutions must meaningfully integrate Quantitative Techniques with Artificial Intelligence.
Special Requirement for Website Projects:
UI/UX, color schemes, graphics, and branding must reflect Anime-inspired aesthetics.
Non-alignment with fest theme may attract evaluation penalties.
Website designs must align with the overall Anime-themed Tech Fest.
Development & GitHub Policy
Each team must maintain a public GitHub repository created specifically for the hackathon.
Minimum one commit every 4 hours is mandatory.
Repository must remain active throughout the event.
Open-source libraries and APIs are allowed with proper citation.
Plagiarism, repository cloning, or unfair coding practices will result in immediate disqualification.
Attendance & Participation:
At least one team member must be present at the venue at all times.
Participants must be available for mentor reviews and evaluations when required.
Accommodation & Facilities:
No stay/accommodation will be provided.
Participants must arrange their own lodging if required.
Refreshments will be provided during the hackathon.
Submission & Evaluation (Single Round):
The hackathon will have one combined evaluation round.
Development Window: 21st March (1:00 PM) – 22nd March (1:00 PM)(Break hours may apply during the main Cultural Fest.)
Evaluation Process:
Teams must:
Present their idea overview (brief PPT introduction).
Demonstrate a minimum working prototype.
Deliver a live demo and final presentation before the judging panel.
Exact presentation slots will be communicated during the event.
Failure to present may result in disqualification.

Resources & Requirements:
Participants must bring their own laptops and necessary hardware.
Internet access will be provided by the organizing team.
Organizers are not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings.
Intellectual Property:
Ownership of the project remains with the respective team.
By participating, teams grant organizers permission to use project titles, abstracts, images, and demo videos for promotional purposes.
Code of Conduct:
Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior.
Misconduct, cheating, or violation of rules will result in immediate disqualification.
Harassment or damage to institute property will invite strict disciplinary action.
Organizers’ Rights:
Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, schedule, or judging format if required.
All official communication will be made to the registered team lead.
The decision of the judges and organizing committee will be final and binding
