About the Opportunity:
The HackMSIT 1.0 Hackathon is designed as a dynamic platform for students to present innovative ideas and tackle real-world challenges. Participants will showcase their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in a competitive and collaborative environment.
This experience goes beyond coding, offering exposure to mentorship, networking opportunities, and the chance to refine both technical and presentation skills. With a focus on ideation and execution under pressure, the hackathon encourages participants to think boldly and communicate their ideas effectively.
Themes/Problem Statements:
This hackathon follows an open theme for the PPT round. Teams are free to choose any problem statement and present their best idea along with a proposed solution.
In the offline round, a problem statement will be provided on the spot, and participants will be required to solve it during the competition.

Competition Structure:
The competition consists of two rounds:
Online PPT Submission: Pitch. Present. Persuade Teams must submit a clear and impactful presentation showcasing their chosen problem, idea, and solution. Evaluation will focus on innovation, feasibility, and clarity of thought.
Offline Round: Think. Solve. Present Shortlisted teams will be given a problem statement on the spot and will work towards solving it within the given timeframe. The focus will be on problem-solving ability, creativity, and clarity of approach, and teams may be eliminated in this round based on the mentors evaluation.
