Description:
The Anvil Hackathon is a 24-hour, high-intensity, on-campus hackathon bringing together ~600 participants from across India to build innovative, real-world technology solutions. Participants will work in teams to design and develop functional prototypes, with mentorship support for system design, debugging, and product development, culminating in a live demo and evaluation round.

Round 1: Application & Shortlisting
Register individually and form a team of 2–4 members
Submit details including:
GitHub profile / repository (previous work or projects)
LinkedIn profile
Technical background and preferred tech stack
Teams will be evaluated based on:
Prior project experience
Technical skills and stack familiarity
Overall profile and build experience
Teams meeting the eligibility criteria and demonstrating sufficient technical capability will be shortlisted
Shortlisted participants may be required to submit:
Resume / CV
Additional supporting details (if requested)
Only shortlisted teams will advance to the final round
Round 2: 24-Hour Hackathon Finale (On-Campus)
A 24-hour, in-person hackathon conducted on campus
Problem statements / themes will be released prior to the event
Teams will:
Design, build, and iterate on a functional prototype
Receive mentorship support for debugging, system design, and development
Work continuously throughout the hackathon duration
Final deliverables include:
Working prototype
GitHub repository submission
Optional demo and presentation
Teams will present their solutions to judges during the final evaluation round
Evaluation will be based on innovation, technical complexity, feasibility, impact, and presentation
Eligibility:
Open to everyone across India, including undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as working professionals
There are no strict prerequisites or mandatory experience requirements to apply
Participants from any technical or non-technical background are welcome
Selection is based on the overall profile of the applicant, including prior work, projects, and technical exposure
Applicants are encouraged to showcase their GitHub, LinkedIn, or any relevant work as part of the shortlisting process
Final participation is subject to shortlisting based on the submitted application
Team Rules:
Teams must consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 members
Each team must occupy one confirmed slot for participation in the hackathon
Team assignments are final and permanent
Solo participation is not allowed; all participants must be part of a team
Rules & Regulations:
Participants must bring their own laptops, chargers, and required devices
Teams must present a working prototype at the end of the hackathon
Participants are required to stay on campus for the duration of the hackathon(Food will be provided in the campus)
Teams must adhere to all guidelines and submission formats
Accommodation will not be provided; participants must arrange their stay independently
The decision of the judges will be final
Registration Process:

Step 2: Log in or sign up on Unstop using your email ID
Step 3: Create or join a team
Step 4: Submit your application details, including GitHub, LinkedIn, and other relevant information (if required)
Step 5: After successful registration, your application will be considered for the shortlisting process
