Hack It Out is a high-intensity development marathon where visionaries and builders race against the clock to turn radical ideas into functional reality. It is a relentless test of endurance and technical craftsmanship, challenging participants to hack, build, and ship the next big innovation within a compressed timeframe. The event focuses on rapid prototyping and practical deployment, pushing the boundaries of software and hardware development to solve pressing challenges.
Eligibility:
Anyone presently enrolled in a college or university worldwide is eligible to participate.
Team Size: Minimum 1 and maximum 4 members.
Teams may consist of members from the same or different institutions and programs.
Students qualifying for the offline rounds must carry valid School/College ID cards.
Timeline:
Round 1: March 13th (Problem Statement Release & Ideation)
Round 2: March 14th – March 15th (24-Hour Hackathon)
Round 3: March 15th (Final Presentation & Judging)
Problem Statements:
Round 1: Ideation and Proposal (Online)
Format: Online Submission.
Objective: Participants must submit a detailed presentation of their proposed solution based on the released problem statements, outlining the technical stack, feasibility, and impact.
Round 2: Development and Deployment (Offline)
Format: 24-Hour Offline Hackathon at IIT (BHU) Varanasi.
Objective: Shortlisted teams will have 24 hours to build, innovate, and deploy their solutions. Participants are expected to transform their proposed ideas into a functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
Round 3: Final Pitch Presentation (Offline)
Format: Offline Presentation.
Objective: Finalist teams pitch their built solutions and live prototypes to a panel of industry experts and judges.
Submission Requirements & Deliverables:
Round 1: A presentation (PPT/PDF) covering the problem analysis, proposed solution architecture, and intended tech stack.
Round 2 & 3: Access to the source code repository (e.g., GitHub), a live demonstration of the deployed solution, and a final presentation for the judging panel
