Eligibility:
Open to Engineering UG students (18+). Teams of 4–5 members from the same college, state, and country. Valid college ID and government ID required.
Registration Details:
Registration is valid only via the NHCE website and requires two-stage, non-refundable payment:
India: ₹4,500 per team
International: USD 50 per team
Participation is confirmed only after full payment and verification.
Guidelines:
48-hour offline hackathon. All members must be present throughout. No team changes. Leaving campus is not permitted except for approved medical emergencies. Unattended workstations may lead to disqualification.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, power, food, rest areas, mentors, and medical support. Participants must bring their own laptops and essentials.
Professional conduct is mandatory. Plagiarism, misconduct, substance use, dress code violations, or property damage will result in disqualification.
Projects must be original, developed during the hackathon, and submitted with required code, documentation, and demo.
Project IP will be jointly owned by NHCE and participants. Jury decisions are final; prizes are non-transferable.
Travel allowance applies as per policy. Participants consent to media usage. Organizers are not liable for loss or injury.
Event is governed by Indian law, jurisdiction Bengaluru, Karnataka. Rules may be modified by the organizers.
