AgentX challenges participants to build autonomous Agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks with minimal human intervention. Teams must design structured workflows using modern AI models and agent frameworks to solve a problem statement revealed at the start of the contest.
Problem Statement:
The problem statement will be announced at the start of the event. Solutions must strictly address the given problem.
Event Format & Timeline:
Format: Team-based
Mode: Online & Offline
Total Duration: 36 hours
All development, testing, deployment, and preparation must be completed within this window.
Challenge Objective:
Participants must:
Build an Agentic AI system that demonstrates:
Autonomous reasoning and planning
Structured decision-making workflows
Minimal human intervention
Present a functional solution aligned with the problem statement
Deployment & Demonstration:
Deployment is optional but carries higher weightage in evaluation.
If deployment is not possible:
A working model demonstration video is mandatory.
During final presentation, teams must show:
Deployed system (if available)
Working video demonstration
Explanation of agent architecture and workflow
Rules & Guidelines:
Teams must complete all development, testing, and preparation strictly within the 36-hour time limit.
All solutions must be original and developed solely by the participating team.
Plagiarism, copying of code, workflows, or ideas, misrepresentation of functionality, or use of unfair/unauthorized means will result in immediate disqualification.

Workflow design and execution
Effectiveness of the solution
Deployment quality (if applicable)
Clarity of explanation during presentation
The organizing committee retains full authority to interpret rules, make final decisions on evaluations, rankings, and disputes, and take any necessary disciplinary actions. All decisions made by the organizers shall be final and binding
