Round 1 – Online Idea Submission Round:
Eligibility: Open to all registered teams
Mode: Online
Format:
Teams can find the problem statements in the attached brochure
Teams are required to submit a PPT presenting their idea and proposed approach
No prototype or MVP is required in this round
The PPT must strictly follow the provided submission template
The PPT should clearly cover:
Problem understanding
Proposed solution idea
Innovation aspect
Feasibility and implementation approach
Expected impact
Evaluation Criteria:
Innovation & originality
Practical feasibility
Clarity of thought
Relevance to the problem statement
Overall presentation quality
Shortlisting & Advancement:
2nd March:
Shortlisted teams will be announced.
Top 30 teams will be selected
3rd March:
New domain-specific problem statements will be released to shortlisted teams.
Teams must begin developing their solution (MVP / prototype).
5th March (Online):
Mandatory Mentoring & Progress Review Session.
Teams must present their progress, technical approach, and implementation roadmap.
Expert feedback will be provided to refine the solution before final evaluation.
The Team Leader and at least one additional team member must be compulsorily present.
Round 2:
Teams must present their developed MVP / prototype to the jury panel.
Evaluation will be based on technical implementation, feasibility, scalability, innovation, and execution quality.
Judges will assess working demonstrations wherever applicable.
Round 3 – Grand Finale Pitching Round:
Top 10–15 teams will pitch their complete solution before the final jury panel.
Detailed Q&A and cross-questioning session.
Final evaluation based on innovation, execution, impact, and presentation.
Winner declaration and closing ceremony.
