Event Overview:
Hackathon Dates: 20th February – 21st February 2026
Mode: Offline (24-hour on-campus hackathon)
All meals will be provided on campus during the hackathon
Registration Details:
Last Date of Registration: 8th January 2026
Registration Fee: ₹1000 per team
Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
Registration will be considered complete only after payment is received
Awards and Opportunities:
Winning Team: ₹10,000 + Certificates + Memento
1st Runner Up: ₹8,000 + Certificates + Memento
2nd Runner Up: ₹6,000 + Certificates + Memento
Teams eliminated before final results will receive e-certificates
Teams shortlisted for final results will receive handwritten certificates
Incubation Opportunity for winners and select teams at TSEC Incubation Center with mentorship and resources
Registration Process:
Registration must be done only by the Team Leader
Visit the official registration link and fill in all required details
Only one member per team should register
Unregistered teams will not be allowed to participate
Team Formation Rules:
Team size must be exactly 4 members including one team leader
Team members can be from different institutions
Valid student ID cards are mandatory
A participant cannot be part of more than one team
Only student teams are allowed
Projects must be based on the hackathon theme
Previously implemented projects are not allowed
Original and innovative projects will receive extra points
Plagiarism or copying will lead to immediate disqualification
Event Participation Rules:
Registered teams must attend the introductory session
Hackathon will begin immediately after the introductory session
Teams failing to submit the project before the deadline will be disqualified
Any unavailability of components will be informed in advance
Travel allowance must be borne by the teams
General Rules and Conduct:
Teams are not allowed to leave the college premises during the 24-hour hackathon
If any team member leaves the premises, the entire team will be disqualified
Alcohol, vaping, e-cigarettes, or any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited
Any attempt to attack host systems or misuse methods will lead to disqualification
Teams must work independently; collaboration with other teams is prohibited
Posting queries on public forums during the event is not allowed
Use of unethical means will result in disqualification
Teams will be responsible for any damage to college property or lab equipment
Judges’ and organizers’ decisions are final and binding
No changes in team members are allowed after registration
Removal of the provided hand band by any member will result in team disqualification
Absence of any team member on the final day will lead to team disqualification
