Round 1 : Prime Time Selection
Rules & Regulations:
Teams must select a problem statement under one of the 5 predefined domains provided by the organizers.
If a team proposes its own problem statement, it must fall within one of the given domains and align with the societal and ethical impact theme of the hackathon.
All self-proposed problem statements will be screened by the organizing committee.
Teams will receive an email notification within 2 days of registration if you are selected for Round 2
The idea presentation (PPT) must be submitted on Unstop before the specified deadline.
No working prototype is required for this round — only the idea presentation.
Teams may use AI tools for assistance; however, prebuilt or copied solutions are strictly prohibited.
Originality is mandatory. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
Team Size: 2-4 members per team.
Cross-college teams are allowed.

Note:
We will announce the result of Phase 1 on 2 March 2026 (06:00 AM – 09:00 AM IST)
The top 40 teams will be shortlisted based on these criteria and will receive invitations and exclusive registration links for Round 2.
Round 2: Nexus Breach (Finals)
Event Details:
Event Name: CodeCraze 3.0 – Offline 24-hour Hackathon (Finals)
Event Mode: Offline (Invite-Only Event)
Venue: R. C. Patel Institute of Technology, Shirpur
Date: March 5 - 6, 2026
Reporting Time: 08:00 AM - 09:30 AM IST
Entry Fee: ₹600 per team (Only for the 40 shortlisted teams)
Refreshments & Goodies: Snacks, tea, dinner, and end-of-event goodies.
Team Size: 2 - 4 members per team
Rules & Regulations:
Prototypes must be built from scratch at the venue.
Teams are allowed to use AI tools, but prebuilt solutions are strictly prohibited.
At least two team members must be present at the workspace at all time.
Teams must submit their prototype before the deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
Judges decisions are final and binding.

Note:
Teams are expected to develop a 70-80% working prototype. A fully functional product is not mandatory.
