Guidelines:
A 5-hour ICPC-style programming contest featuring approximately 10 to 13 challenging problems.
Each team must consist of exactly three members.
A standard penalty of 10 minutes will be added for every incorrect submission.
A standard 1-hour scoreboard freeze will occur before the contest ends, keeping the final standings a suspenseful reveal.
Rules:

Teams will receive balloons attached to their desks upon successfully solving problems, enhancing the competition’s excitement.
Any team found engaging in cheating or unfair practices will be immediately disqualified from the contest.
VS Studio Editor will be provided during the contest, and participants may add extensions to it as per their convenience.
Participants are not allowed to use their own laptops during the contest.
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team found violating the rules or engaging in misconduct.
Judging Criteria:
Teams will be judged based on the number of problems they have solved and the total penalty incurred.
Teams that solve more problems with less penalty time will rank higher in the standings.
