CODE Codeathon 25–26 is a national-level competitive programming event organized by the Club of Developers and Engineers (C.O.D.E) at Department of Computer Engineering, Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s College of Engineering, Pune.Event sponsors: TheNoah.ai, Coneixement India (OPC) Pvt. This event is designed to challenge participants across different academic levels with tailored problem sets that test logical thinking, data structures, and algorithmic problem-solving skills in a real-time competitive environment.

Event Structure:
The competition is divided into two tracks based on academic level:
VERTEX (For FY & SY Students)
Focused on building strong fundamentals:
Data Structures: Arrays, Stacks, Trees
Basic Algorithms & Time Complexity
Logical Reasoning & Pattern-Based Problems
NEXUS (For TY & Final Year Students)
Designed for advanced coders:
Advanced Data Structures & Graph Algorithms
Dynamic Programming
Optimization Techniques
Competitive-level problem solving under time pressure
Eligibility:
Open to undergraduate engineering students (all years)
Participants must register in their respective track:
VERTEX: First Year and Second Year only
NEXUS: Third Year and Final Year only
Students from all colleges across India are eligible
Format of Competition:
Competitive programming contest hosted on a coding platform
Participants will solve a set of algorithmic problems within a fixed time
Problems will vary in difficulty (easy to hard)
Evaluation based on:
Correctness of solutions
Time efficiency
Number of problems solved
Problem Details:
Each track will have multiple problem statements (approx. 5–8)
Problems will be a mix of:
DSA-based questions
Logical and pattern-based problems
Optimization challenges
Rules & Guidelines:
Participants must adhere to fair coding practices
Plagiarism or copying will lead to immediate disqualification
Use of unauthorized resources or collaboration during the contest is strictly prohibited
Decisions made by the organizing committee will be final and binding
Participants must bring their own laptops and the necessary setup
A stable internet connection will be provided at the venue
