Location: Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research - AITR, Indore
Platform: As this is a coding opportunity, you can use any platform for coding on your laptop within the premises, such as VSCode, Sublime, GitHub, etc.
The fee for 1st round is 250 Rs only and teams selected for the further round have to pay 750 Rs within 3 days of selection, else they will be replaced by waiting list members.

Rules:
Participants must bring their own systems for the hackathon. The organising team will only provide internet connectivity. It is the responsibility of each team to ensure they have the necessary hardware and software tools to participate effectively.
Each team should choose a designated colour to represent their identity. All team members are required to wear the chosen colour during the event for easy identification.
Throughout the entire duration of the event, a minimum of 50 per cent of the team members must be present at the designated arena. Failure to meet this requirement may result in disqualification
If the team fails to qualify for the first round, no refund will be provided.
Each team must consist of 4 to 6 members with a compulsion of 1 female Leader, ensuring a collaborative environment.
Participants are required to remain on the premises for the entire duration of the 36-hour hackathon. Leaving the premises during the event is strictly prohibited.
Any participant found engaging in unethical practices, including but not limited to cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorised use of resources, will lead to the disqualification of the entire team. Upholding integrity and ethical conduct is paramount in maintaining a fair and competitive environment.
No separate rooms will be provided to teams; a common lodging facility will be available.
To & Fro conveyance to the institute has to be borne by the team.
Team Introduction, Problem Statement, Proposed Solution, Benefit to Society, Future Scope, Reference (this should be the content of the PPT, and only the proposed solution can go to a maximum of 3 slides, the rest 1 slide each)
No refund of registration fees will be provided if the teams are disqualified after Round 1 i.e PPT Submission
