The Innerve Hack x TechNeeds IGDTUW aims to encourage participants to transform innovative ideas into practical technological solutions through structured stages of evaluation. Participants will progress through multiple rounds designed to test their analytical thinking, technical creativity, implementation skills, and presentation abilities.
Round 1 – Registration:
All participants must first register on Unstop platform either as an individual or as a team.
Team Specifications and Eligibility:
A participant may register on the platform — either individually or as part of a team.
Teams may include students from different institutes with valid ID.
Maximum 4 members and minimum 2 members per team
A participant cannot be part of more than one team.
Round 2 – Idea Submission, Prototype & PPT:
In this round, participants move from ideation to a structured technical solution. Participants must choose a problem statement from any domain of their interest and design an innovative technological solution to address it.
Participants must submit:
Prototype Submission
A working or partially working prototype of the proposed solution demonstrating the core functionality of the idea.
PPT Submission (5–6 slides)
Slides should exclude the front (title) and back (thank you) slides.
The presentation must clearly explain:
Problem Statement
Proposed solution and its key features
Technology stack
Challenges faced
Future Scope
Final Round – 24 Hour Build Challenge
Shortlisted teams will advance to a 24-hour build challenge to develop their idea into a functional solution. At the end, teams must complete the project and give a presentation to the judges explaining their implementation and use case.
At the end of the 24 hours, each team must submit:
A video demonstration explaining the working of the solution
A GitHub repository link containing the complete source code
A deployed application link (if deployment is completed)
A presentation explaining the idea, architecture, implementation, and use case.
Evaluation Criteria:
Teams will be evaluated based on:
Completeness and functionality of the solution
Technical implementation and code quality
Innovation and problem-solving approach
Practical usability and real-world relevance
Clarity and effectiveness of the presentation
