GDG GB Pant presents Praxis 2.0 :
Praxis returns with an exciting new format—an immersive GenAI + Machine Learning innovation showcase where student teams design and build functional prototypes that address real-world challenges.
Unlike traditional hackathons, Praxis 2.0 unfolds through guided phases that take participants from ideation to execution to a final live showcase.With a focus on creativity, technical depth, and impact, Praxis 2.0 empowers students to explore the future of AI through hands-on innovation, mentorship, and industry exposure.
Guidelines:
Eligibility: Open to college students from all academic years and disciplines across India.
Team Composition: Teams may consist of up to four members. Intercollege and interdisciplinary teams are allowed.
Submission Policy: Daily submission limits during the Build Phase encourage teams to refine their prototypes and focus on quality over quantity.
Offline Showcase: The final presentation and prototype showcase will be conducted offline on 24th January 2026. Teams must be physically present to remain eligible.
Certificates: All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
Plagiarism: Copying code, models, or ideas without proper attribution is strictly prohibited. All submissions will undergo automated originality checks. Any plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
Judging Decisions: All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding.
Late Submissions: Submissions past the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Dataset & Resources: All required datasets and problem themes will be provided by the organizers during the event.
Platform Compliance: Teams must follow all rules and instructions provided on Unstop and any associated platforms used during the event.
Email Consistency: The email used for registration must remain consistent across all platforms. Participants may not use multiple accounts.
Showcase Requirement: Teams that do not attend the offline showcase on 24th January 2026 will be disqualified.
Team Name: Team names must remain professional. Offensive or inappropriate names may lead to disqualification.
Timeline:
Phase 1: Assembly (Registration & Team Formation)
Start: 24th December 2025, 10:00 AM
End: 15th January 2026, 11:59 PM
Details: Participants register, form teams, and complete onboarding. This phase prepares teams for the upcoming build stage.
Phase 2: The Job (Theme Reveal + Prototype Development Phase)
Start: 10th January 2026, 12:00 PM
End: 10th February 2026, 11:59 AM
Details: Official GenAI + ML themes and datasets are revealed at the start of this phase. Teams begin designing and developing their prototypes with daily submission limits encouraging thoughtful, quality-focused iteration.
Phase 3: The Score (Offline Presentation)
Date: 20th February 2026
Details: Selected teams will present and demonstrate their prototypes to the judging panel, highlighting their approach, creativity, execution, and real-world impact.
