About Geohack 26:
Geospatial Hackathon 2026 (GeoHack 26) is organized by IEEE GRSS Kolkata Chapter and IIIT Bhubaneshwar. This Geospatial Hackathon will be a part of the International Workshop On Deep Learning And Artificial Intelligence (DLAI-10). Participants will have the chance to demonstrate their innovative thinking and skills in geospatial data analysis and machine learning domain. This challenge aims to integrate geospatial technologies in real life and connect multidisciplinary creative participants to build realistic and sustainable solutions. Participants are invited to create and showcase their innovative and outstanding ideas for tackling real-life challenges using Geospatial data and AI in the following problem statement:
Crop Disease & Productivity Mapping
Forest Fire Detection & Risk Mapping
Smart Crop Advisory System for Small and Marginal Farmers
Landslide Risk Mapping & Detection
Smart Drought Prediction & Management
The Geohack -2026 combines AI with geospatial intelligence to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions to real-world challenges. (The expected outcome is prototype-level innovative solutions that can address environmental and agricultural problems using Geospatial intelligence and AI-driven decision frameworks).Participants are expected to use technologies related to
