About the Competition:
The Mappls MapmyIndia × BITS Pilani APOGEE 2026 Tech Hackathon is a national-level innovation challenge aimed at building real-world, map-powered applications using Mappls APIs.
Participants will design intelligent solutions addressing urban mobility, emergency response, sustainability, civic tech, and rural infrastructure challenges in India.
All solutions must integrate Mappls APIs and SDKs along with a functional MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server.
Objective:
To encourage participants to:
Build AI-powered, map-based applications
Solve real-world Indian problems
Leverage geospatial intelligence
