The Serve-Smart Hackathon is the flagship AI & ML challenge dedicated to harnessing the power of technology for social good. This competition calls upon innovators to leverage Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to design intelligent, practical, and impactful solutions aimed at solving real-world social issues. It is an opportunity to transform technical expertise into meaningful societal change.
The challenge is structured into three progressive rounds, testing both foundational knowledge and practical application skills, culminating in a live presentation.
Round 1: Online Quiz:
Task: Complete an online, MCQ-based quiz covering the fundamental concepts of AIand ML.
Format: 25 Multiple Choice Questions.
Requirement: Only the Team Leader is required to attempt the quiz.
Round 2: Submission Round (Online):
Task: Apply technical knowledge to solve a specific problem statement by developing a complete AI/ML solution. Teams have the freedom to choose any suitable ML algorithm.
Deliverable: A single ZIP file containing the following essential components:

Report
Results
Evaluation Focus: Quality of the technical solution, algorithm effectiveness, andclarity of the documentation.
Round 3: Presentation Round (Offline Finale - IIT BHU Campus):
Task: Top qualifying teams are invited to the IIT BHU campus to present their final solution to an expert judging panel.
Process: Teams will give a 10-minute presentation explaining their solution's approach and impact, followed by a 5 minute Question & Answer session with the judges.
Rules and Requirements :
Quiz Attempt: Only the registered Team Leader may attempt the Round 1 Online Quiz.
Submission Format: The Round 2 submission must be a single, comprehensive ZIP file containing the code, report, and results.
Presentation Time: The finale presentation must adhere strictly to the time limit.
Finale Location: Round 3 is a mandatory Offline Finale held on the IIT BHU Campus.
