Beyond intelligent innovation — Systems that Shape Reality
Problem Statement:
Participants are free to identify and work on any problem statement aligned with the central theme
Focus on intelligent, innovative, and impactful technological solutions addressing real-world challenges
General Guidelines:
Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from all disciplines
Each team must consist of 4–5 members
At least one female participant is mandatory in each team
Round 1 is a Qualifier Round requiring submission of an idea PPT via the official Inceptrix website
Idea PPT submission deadline is 15th January 2026
PPT must clearly explain the problem statement, proposed solution, technology stack, feasibility, and team roles
All submissions must be original and innovative
Plagiarism, reused solutions, or unmodified AI-generated content will result in immediate disqualification
Shortlisted teams for the on-ground final round must pay a registration fee of ₹1000
Teams must justify and defend their idea and development approach during evaluation
All announcements and updates will be communicated via email and the official website
Do’s for the Qualifier Round:
Complete team registration and submit the idea PPT between 27th December 2025 and 15th January 2026
Ensure the team has 4–5 members with at least one female participant
Develop a unique idea aligned with the hackathon theme
Prepare a well-structured PPT covering all required components
Follow submission guidelines and evaluation criteria carefully
Use only original content and cite references where required
Regularly check email and the official website for updates
Note that shortlisting announcements will be shared on 21st January 2026
Don’ts for the Qualifier Round:
Do not submit PPTs after 15th January 2026
Do not submit plagiarized or copied ideas
Avoid repurposing open-source projects without significant originality
Do not rely solely on AI-generated content
Avoid submitting incomplete or poorly structured PPTs
Do not change team members or key submission details after registration
Do not ignore official communications
Important Note:
Round 1 (Qualifier Round) is free of cost
A registration fee of ₹1000 is applicable only for teams shortlisted for the on-ground final round
