Problem Statements / Tracks: Decentralized Identity and Trust – Build a solution enabling users to prove credentials (education, work history, achievements) on-chain with ZK-proofs for privacy. Sustainable Finance with Web3 – Design a DeFi platform that promotes climate action by tokenizing carbon credits or renewable energy usage. Community-Driven Governance – Create a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) framework for transparent community management. NFT Utility Beyond Art – Develop a platform where NFTs provide real-world value, such as event access, loyalty programs, or ownership verification. Cross-Chain Data and Interoperability – Build a decentralized application that enables seamless data sharing across multiple blockchains. Transparent Supply Chain Tracking – Use blockchain to ensure product traceability and authenticity from origin to consumer. Decentralized Identity & Verification – Design a blockchain-powered identity system with user-controlled verification. Fair & Transparent Voting System – Create a secure, scalable, and anonymous blockchain-based voting platform. Cross-Border Payments & Remittances – Build a low-fee, high-speed blockchain remittance solution for global transfers. Intellectual Property & Digital Content Ownership – Develop a blockchain platform for creators to tokenize and protect their intellectual property. Eligibility: Open to college and university students from all academic disciplines. Teams can consist of 2–4 members. Beginners are welcome — prior experience in Web3, Blockchain, or AI is not mandatory. Participants must bring their own laptops and required accessories. Rules: Projects must be built from scratch during the 24-hour hackathon. Teams must submit their code and demo before the deadline. Use of open-source tools and public APIs is encouraged (with proper credits). Any act of plagiarism, misconduct, or rule violation will result in disqualification. All participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect throughout the event.
