Protocraft is all about thinking like an engineer and building like a creator. You’ll get a theme-based challenge and the freedom to explore, sketch, model, and refine your ideas using solid mechanical principles. It’s a chance to push your creativity, test your problem-solving skills, and see how your designs come to life. Protocraft celebrates the thrill of designing, the joy of innovation, and the satisfaction of turning ideas into something real.

Rules:
Originality: All design work must be original and created during the event duration.
Software Usage
Participants may use any CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Solid Edge, CATIA, etc.).
Any simulation/analysis tools are allowed.
Disqualification Grounds:
Any form of copying or plagiarism.
Use of AI-generated CAD models with or without manual refinement.
Misrepresentation of work or datasets.
Any shortlisted team who do not present in the presentation round will be straight away disqualified.
Important Note:
Only top 12 teams are to be shortlisted based on the work that the teams have submitted in the midterm submission.
These 12 teams will be judged and shortlisted by the Event Lead and Co-Lead based on the design’s Functionality, Creativity, Relevance to Theme.
Every team has to register online on the official Techfest website for the competition.
A Team ID will be allocated to the team on registration which shall be used for future references.
The decision of the organizers or judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.
