CodeWizards 2.0 is a national level AI focused hackathon organized by the ISTE Students’ Chapter, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi NCR Campus.
The hackathon aims to bring together student developers, innovators, and problem solvers from across the country to build impactful solutions using Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies. Participants will collaborate in teams to develop innovative prototypes that address real world challenges while demonstrating strong technical and problem solving capabilities.
CodeWizards 2.0 provides a competitive and collaborative environment where participants can experiment with emerging technologies, learn from mentors, and transform creative ideas into working solutions.
The event will include a technical screening round followed by a 24 hour offline hackathon, where shortlisted teams will build and present AI powered projects to a panel of judges.
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to students from all colleges and universities.
Students from all departments and specializations are eligible to participate.
Inter college teams are allowed.
Inter specialization teams are allowed.
Participants must register in teams of 1 to 4 members.
Hackathon Structure:
CodeWizards 2.0 will be conducted in multiple stages to ensure a competitive and structured innovation process.
Stage 1: Registration
Teams register through the official platform by submitting their team details and relevant information. Registrations will be open to students from all Institutions.
Stage 2: Technical Screening Round
All registered teams will receive a technical screening task designed to evaluate their understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their problem solving abilities.
Teams will be required to submit their solutions within the specified deadline. Based on the evaluation of submissions, top performing teams will be shortlisted for the final round.
Stage 3: Final Offline Hackathon
Shortlisted teams will participate in a 24 hour offline hackathon at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi NCR Campus.
Evaluation Criteria:
AI Implementation and Technical QualityEffective use of Artificial Intelligence technologies and overall technical execution of the project.
Innovation and ImpactOriginality of the idea and its potential to solve real world problems.
Rules:
All submissions must be original. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
Teams must follow the hackathon timeline and submission deadlines.
The decision of the judges and organizing committee will be final
