Guidelines For Hackathon:
Maximum 4 members per team.
The detailed abstract of half to one page should be submitted as a MS Word document (.doc format only) with Times New Roman font (size 12), Heading size: 16, single spacing and single column format on or before 2nd March 2026.
Selected participants will be announced on 3rd March 2026 through E-mail.
The participants must bring their necessary accessories.
New product development: The project should display in the food stall for 2 hrs. (Marks will be given based on the efficiency, design and performance of application)
Original Ideas Only: All submissions must be original and not previously commercialized. Use of AI in the hackathon is strictly prohibited and deemed for disqualification. The organizers reserve full rights to disqualify any project that is found not innovative.
Guidelines For Oral And Poster Presentation:
Live presentations by the Presenter are mandatory, 8 minutes in duration, Discussion/Q&A- 2 minutes. Last date for submission of the ppt: 02.03.26
A poster session is a graphic presentation of the research. Authors illustrate their study findings by displaying graphs, photos, diagrams, and a small amount of text on poster.
Poster material should be well labelled and legible from a distance of 10 to 15 feet.
The title should be the same as the title submitted with the abstract and appear in bold at the top.
Non-technical events are based on sensory basis of food.
Poster format ought to be in a logical order, like the abstract in a scientific paper; poster should have sections summarizing the background and rationale, methodology, results, implications of your work, conclusions, future research, and references.
Poster Size: Landscape 48"×36" or 56"×42" and for portrait 36"×48" or 42"×56".
Final evaluation is based on the innovation, technical skills, quality, and relevance of the subject. The decision of the judges will be final.
