National Bank Mini Hackathon

Join us for the National Bank Mini Hackathon, a full-day, hands-on event where students will tackle real-world challenges at the intersection of finance, psychology, and technology. The day will kick off with an introduction to the challenge and expectations, followed by a dedicated hacking session in teams of 3-4. A networking lunch will provide the chance to connect with peers and industry professionals, before teams wrap up their solutions and present to judges from National Bank’s Electronic Trading Technology team. 🏆Prizes: 🥇1st Place: $500 National Bank Discount Brokerage account per team member (or $500 Visa gift card if under the age of majority) 🥈2nd Place: $100 Visa gift card + National Bank gym bag per member 🥉3rd Place: $50 Visa gift card + National Bank swag per member NOTE: There are limited spots! Students may register individually or as a team. Teams are encouraged to have one member secure tickets for all team members during registration. Admissions are based on the application questions, please take the time to write out good answers. Walk-ins may be accepted only if there are no-shows, but availability is not guaranteed.
