HACKDAYS SRINAGAR

Hackdays Srinagar is a one-day offline hackathon organized under the BuildFestKashmir initiative, aimed at bringing together student developers, designers, and tech enthusiasts from across Kashmir. The event will be held on 1st April 2026 at CASET College of Computer Science, Srinagar, with an expected participation of 100+ students. Hackdays Srinagar focuses on building real-world projects in a collaborative and beginner-friendly environment, inspired by the global MLH-style hackathon ecosystem. Participants will form teams and work on innovative ideas ranging from AI-powered tools, web applications, and productivity platforms to solutions addressing local and real-world challenges. Mentors will be available throughout the event to guide teams with technical support, product thinking, and execution. The event will follow a structured flow: Opening ceremony & introduction Team formation & idea pitching Hacking sessions Mentor guidance Project demos & presentations Final judging & winner announcement Hackdays Srinagar is not just about competition, but about learning, building, and connecting with the growing developer community in Kashmir.
