Rounds and Guidelines: Round 1: Concept & Feasibility Deck Objective: To evaluate the feasibility, innovation, and depth of the proposed solutions through a structured presentation. Submission Requirements: Teams are required to submit a PowerPoint presentation (8–10 slides) covering the following key sections: Executive Summary and Problem Statement: Provide a concise overview of the problem your team is addressing, highlighting its importance and relevance in accessible mobility. Define the target users and the scope of impact. Innovation & Technical Approach: Describe your core innovative solution, key technologies used (IoT, AI/ML, V2X, data integration, etc.), and what differentiates your solution from existing approaches. Feasibility & Implementation Plan: Present a high-level system architecture or workflow diagram, implementation roadmap with phases and milestones, and expected challenges with mitigation strategies. Accessibility & User-Centred Design: Explain how your solution addresses diverse abilities, show user personas or journey maps, and highlight features enhancing inclusivity. Impact & Scalability: Estimate social, economic, and environmental impact, scalability plans across contexts, and success metrics/KPIs. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Identify key stakeholders (communities, government, tech partners) and your strategy for collaboration and sustained impact. Summary & Call to Action: Recap key benefits and outcomes, and specify what support or partnerships are needed to advance your solution. Risk Management & Data Privacy: Outline major risks (technical, regulatory, adoption) and your strategies for data security and privacy compliance. Format and Submission: Maximum 10 slides, Use clear visuals such as diagrams, charts, and process flows, Submit in PPT or PDF format by the specified deadline. Round 2: Virtual Presentation (Top 10 Teams): Top 10 teams will present their solutions virtually to a senior jury panel with 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A. Teams will elaborate on their Round 1 submissions, incorporating feedback and showcasing new developments. Live demos or prototypes are encouraged. Teams must effectively communicate technical rigor, practical viability, and impact potential. Grand Finale: Bengaluru, Jan 2026: The top 3 teams will be invited for an on-site final presentation at the Aptiv Bangalore office. Each finalist will present their solutions and demonstrate prototypes to senior leadership. Winners will be selected based on overall innovation, impact, feasibility, and presentation quality. Prizes and Rewards: The top Winners will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 75,000. First Runner-Up will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 50,000. Second Runner-Up will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 25,000. 90-Day Incubation + Leadership Showcase. Top 10 teams to get goodies worth INR 5,000. Certificates at each stage of the Competition.
