beyondstack: HackTheBrew is a 24-hour individual hackathon designed to test how you think, design, and solve- not just how you code.
From 2nd May to 3rd May 2026, participants will take on a curated set of 20 real-world problems available on beyondstack. in. The challenge is simple in structure, but demanding in execution: solve at least 6 problems within 24 hours.
This is not a traditional hackathon. There are no predefined tech stacks, no team dependencies, and no use of AI tools is allowed. Every solution must reflect your own understanding, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Participants will be evaluated holistically based on:
Completion: Successfully solving all 6 problems
Craftsmanship: The depth, clarity, and thoughtfulness of your solutions
Design Thinking: Wireframes, sketches, system design, and approach
Presentation: How well you communicate your ideas end-to-end
We’re looking beyond quick fixes and surface-level answers. This hackathon is about building well-thought-out, structured, and elegant solutions - from idea to execution.
Whether you're a developer, designer, or problem-solver at heart, HackTheBrew is your chance to push your limits, think independently, and create solutions that truly stand out.
Go beyond code. Brew systems.
