HackCraft 3.0 is the flagship annual hackathon organized and hosted by Global Institute of Technology and Management (GITM) and coordinated by Team Sankalp, with full support from the college administration.Since its inception in 2024, HackCraft has successfully conducted editions in 2024 and 2025, empowering young innovators and promoting technical excellence. The event focuses on creativity, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving through a 24-hour intensive development environment.Participants work in teams to transform innovative ideas into functional solutions under expert mentorship and institutional guidance.

About Team Sankalp:
Team Sankalp is the official technical club of GITM and the core organizing body of HackCraft. The team manages planning, coordination, partnerships, and execution to ensure a smooth and impactful experience for all participants.

Eligibility Criteria:
Open to students from all colleges and universities.
Inter-college teams are allowed.
Inter-specialization and interdisciplinary teams are allowed.
Participants must be currently enrolled in an academic institution.
Each participant can be part of only one team.
Team Formation:
Team size: Minimum 2 members, Maximum 4 members.
Teams can include members from different branches, specializations, and institutions.
Each team must appoint a Team Leader.
Competition Format & Process:
Registration & PPT Submission Round:
Teams submit a project proposal in PPT format.
Includes problem statement, solution approach, technology stack, and impact.
Submissions are evaluated by the review committee.
Online Presentation Round:
Shortlisted teams present their ideas virtually.
Includes live presentation and Q&A with judges.
Feedback is provided for improvement.
Offline On-Campus Hackathon:
Finalists participate in a 24-hour on-site hackathon.
Teams develop working prototypes.
Mentorship and technical support are provided.

General Rules:
All participants must complete registration through Unstop.
Teams must follow the official timelines.
Only original ideas and implementations are allowed.
Plagiarism, copied code, or fake submissions will lead to disqualification.
All communication will be shared via registered email and official channels.
Submission Rules:
PPT must be submitted in the prescribed format.
File size and naming guidelines must be followed.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Incomplete submissions may be rejected.
Hackathon Rules (Offline Round):
Teams must work only during the official hackathon duration.
Use of open-source libraries is allowed with proper credit.
Internet usage is permitted unless restricted.
Any form of misconduct, cheating, or disruption is prohibited.
Participants must carry valid college ID cards.

Certificates & Prizes:
Participation certificates will be provided through Unstop.
Winners will receive cash prizes, mentorship, and recognition.
Prizes and certificates will be released within 15 days after the event.
