Welcome to the Flagship Innovation Hackathon of ManagEX 2026, organized by the Department of Management Studies, NSUT. This hackathon is designed to challenge your creativity, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities through real-world problem statements that demand innovative and practical solutions.
Event Structure
Participants- Maximum 4 members in one Team, Please ensure only the Team Leader is paying the fees in the registration form and paying the requisite amount
The problem statements will be officially released on 1st April, providing participants with the challenges and themes they need to work on. From that point onward, teams will begin ideating and preparing their presentations.
The PPT submission deadline is set for 5th April at 12:00 PM, giving participants a defined timeframe to finalize and submit their ideas. Immediately after the submission window closes, the evaluation process will begin.
All submitted entries will be reviewed where they will be assessed on parameters such as Problem Clarity and Relevance, Presentation and Structure Unique Value Addition and Innovation
Based on this evaluation, the results will be declared on 7th April, shortlisting the most promising teams.
These shortlisted teams will then advance to the final hackathon round, scheduled for 10th and 11th April, where they will further develop their solutions, create prototypes, and present their ideas in a competitive, real-time environment.

Rules And Regulations
The competition is open to UG and PG students.
Participants must Register before Deadline
Cross Specialization Teams are Allowed And Encouraged
Each team must Appoint one team leader for communication.
All team members must carry valid college ID cards for offline Round
The Decision of the judges and organising committee will be final and binding
Any form of misconduct, plagiarism, or unfair practice will lead to disqualification.
The idea presented must be the original work of the team.
Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
